I'm another nervous newbie. If I select a frequently reviewed provider, and if her reviewers have reviewed many other providers, is the LE risk extremely low?  I know there is no way to reduce risk to 0.  But, am I looking at one in a hundred, or one in ten thousand, or...        
 
Has anyone ever reported a sting under these circumstances?        

Also, is there any additional way to reduce LE risk?  Are established, careful, and well-reviewed agencies a lower risk than independents under the circumstances above?

If you are extremely LE phobic, most here would tell you to see a very well reviewed Indy lady, with a long posting history on TER thats well known and have her do outcall to an upscale hotel in an area where LE has little to no presence. Pick a hotel with a large, busy lobby that doesnt need a key card for the elevator. Thats your best bet. If you do all that and get busted, I'll bail you out. lol.

Stay away from agencies if you are LE adverse. LE loves to bust them. More witnesses, usually tax evasion involved, bigger headlines, etc.

Nothing is 100% sure.  However, a well-reviewed provider who is reviewed by established reviewers is very unlikely to get busted when you are there.  Stay away from agencies, they are too easy to target for LE.  Incall to a busy hotel of her choosing, or outcall to your hotel should not be a problem.  If you are going to her, make sure you know where the elevators are, and just act like you belong there.  That will reduce the attention you might draw from the staff.

Are there some cities where LE is particularly likely to pose as providers?

then bust the guys as they come to her that day. Thats why its so important to see girls who screen. It protects YOU too.  

As for the particular cities it varies, but usually it is the more conservative areas outside the large metro cities that are the problem. In big cities like NY, LA, etc, they wont bother you unless you are bringing attention to yourself in some form or just being stupid about the business, like U-18 crap.  

Be smart, follow the advice here and the odds you getting busted are almost nil.
