You don't mention that in your post, nor on your website.  Most of us probably don't know where AC 202 is either.  Be careful about advertising a special rate for reviews, TER frowns on that.  

To get exposure, post ads on your regional board, and respond to threads there to get your name out there.  You are allowed to post ads once every 7 days, but only on regional boards.  See the self-help guide for the the rules on posting ads.

There is good new and bad news.  The good news is that I got excited (really hard) looking at your photos. Your photos are very attractive and sexy.   I wanted to jump up and come (cum) over for a visit.  Your website is simple (good thing) and well designed.  However, it left me wanting to see a little more of your body.  Perhaps, you could add a few shots of your backside or show more of your upper body.   The bad news is that I have no idea where you are located.  In keeping with the previous post, you should advertise, advertise, and advertise.

You have no posts on the DC discussion board. One way to help getting some exposure is participating on your local board. I am not telling you to flood the board with posts, but some participation may help.

The DC mod allows some theme threads, so join in the fun. Just have a little patience and keep on trying.

is to see well-reviewed providers.  You have not gotten there yet.  However, particpating on your local board (especially) in addition to the ads you are allowed, will overcome some reluctance.  When I was pretty new, I chose to meet some new providers on the basis of their board presence.  You can particpate on any board but not advertize.  So as to not run afoul the rules, I'd suggest you not start threads for the most part...  but you can respond to the topic.  
Also, after a few weeks of posting...  after showing you can follow the rules (you can demonstrate following the rules if you havn't posted)...  ask the mod of the board you post on most (probably your local board or local ad board) to unmoderate you.   That allows your posts to go up at once, instead of having them reviewed first.  
I looked at you site.  I like your pictures but you could use some more.  Pictures need to open large enough & clear enough...  I have a large screen but yours are barely big enough for my taste.  It is not necessary to be explicit but taken in total, a client should be able to feel totally comfortable that they know what you look like.
