I see a lot of providers referring to RS2000 membership. How does one obtain the membership? I've searched around the internet but haven't run across anything to which I think they are referring.

They never called it. They called his home number which 411 reverse directory look up matched his name provided and address.
The Dept not only paid for the cell. Gave it to a female associate that was to answer it with a business blurb and ask to take a message for him since he was not available. It had a voice mail on it that soundsd like the recording  you would hear after hours. The name of the company is registered in Orlando.
If you look it up. Its in the phone book however being the number is disconnected.. you cant reach anyone .

Took all of a few minutes to set it up.
There is a LE officer that sits on Escorts.com as well. Girl in Indianna was busted by him this summer. He had sex with her two times before arresting her. (he got three days paid suspension - naughty man ! gasp)
When she got home going against what she was informed by her atty she could and could not do. She notified Escorts.com under an alias anyway and told them who he was.
A week later he was back with a new identity.
