Could be the agency is using her pics to garner up business too. I have a provider friend, who use to work w/an agency, & then quit... BUT, they are still using her pics... she was pissed when I told her, lol. Also, I've worked with a handful of agencies in the past, and although all promised photo shoots, none ever did, most used the pics I had sent w/initial application, & a few used fake pics(as soon as a client would tell me I wasn't the girl in the pics, I would leave the agency).
I just saw that a local independent lady is listed with a agency . Never had I seen her listed as with an agency , alweays independent. It looks as though a few years back she was with a agency and then went out on her own for the last 2 or 3 years . I can only imagine it is do to economics ? Any other viable reasons than lack of buisness and $$$ to do this ? The agency does NOT have a problem with you having a ad up on the same site as the agency - seems like a competition problem . Shes charging less as an independent . The agency is brand new to me with 3 HOT ,local ,independent girls .
Oh yeah one more question. I have seen agency ladies go indy and USE the professional photos from the agency - seems like the agency would have some rights since they put out the $$$ for them.
Agency girls usually are fairly high volume, so $$$ could be a factor in her decision to go back to an agency. But remember, agencies take their cut for their service to the provider, so more volume is needed for her to make good $$$. I can think of no other reason for doing that right now. I don't think it is really an advantage for her to go with the agency, especially if she is not a total newcomer to the biz.
As for the pics, yes, it's quite likely the agency paid for them, but you really don't now for sure, do you?

Like I said it is brand new on Eros . One knows the local agency's after researching for a few months. MAYBE a new bait and switch agency ? The 3 ladies listed are some long running ( 2 to 3 year ) indies that are HOT . The one in question told me that buisness was slow ,so when I saw that she went with this agency that is all I could think of . I personally know WHY buisness is slow for her !
Could be a fake agency, that's true. Another thing might be that her service has slipped, hence her volume has slipped also. Like I said in my previous post, agency girls tend to be a little higher in number of clients seen per day than indies. Maybe she thinks having the agency backing will increase her traffic.

Some girls work as both indy and agency girls. Some agencies are OK with this, some are not. Also, her photos may not be the property of the agency. It's also possible that she is long-gone from the agency and they are simply still using her pictures. It's not unusual for a less-reputable agency to bolster it's on-line roster with girls that are never actually available.
Agency or indie, I look for a good review history before I book...
..I see known agency girls listed as indy's on my local BP. They've confided that "guys like indy's better" so they go with it in their ads. Can't say as they're lying about that statement in particular, but it's still annoying. The only thing I see that's really different is the lack of "flex-time" and no negotiating on extended time. The indy ladies I see will usually "volunteer" for at least a little overtime if they're not pressed for time. It just chaps my ass 'cause I purposely look for indy's. Headed to see an indy gal tonight that on our first meet we ended up hanging out and talking till 2AM. Met her fiance. Nice folks. We didn't even do any "biz" but I had a great time. Try that with an agency girl. I've also seen girls that claim to be indy but they're booking thru an agancy. And still others are booking thru a rogue agency girl. Seems like I live in the "West Virginia" of providers. They're all related somehow.!! d;^) Schneeks..

They have their own location and can schedule clients on their own too. Their photos are on the agencies site as well as their own site. This is a highly rated agency that has been around for a long time.
