I have been around this hobby for about a year. I am totally aware of all the rules and regulations about this particular hobby. I think this community is great because I see clients and providers helping each other to fullfil any fantasy.

My problem:

I had a few girls that I saw on a regular basis. Had a date probably once a month. However, now those girls has up and left and I am stuck here basically without any references to be able to see "quality women".

PLEASE REPLY WITH INSIGHT.

Higher ranking members: what advice can you give me? How should I go about this.

Ladies: What do you recommend?

Even though you have lots of experience, you're basically starting from scratch as far as seeing new providers. Look for someone who advertises or is known for being "newbie friendly". Most of them will screen you via employment info. Additionally, you can sign up at verification sites like Preferred411.com and Date-Check.com. They won't be an automatic "in" (nothing is!), but you'll likely find them helpful.

Your predicament is exactly the selling point that convinced me to sign up for Date-Check.  You keep a reference list of ladies whom you have met and the reference stays there (supposedly) even after they retire.

Plus, the color of your icon/indicator changes as you get more references.  It's kind of like a video game.  

But it looks like you have to start from the beginning again.

The girls I saw were both "newbie friendly", I even say girls that required decent amount of screening.

However, all of those ladies have left the business.

Where can I find newbie friendly providers that are legit? juss keep looking?

Read their reviews and see if they have been reviewed by any newbies and how it was handled.  If you can't tell, contact them and explain the situation like you have done here.  Most experienced providers have seen newbies at one time or another and will know how to handle the situation.

Since you are not a newbie in the experience sense of the word, but in the reference area, you will probably have to give up some personal information for their screening, like name, workplace, etc.  However, if you join a verification site like DC or P411 as has already been suggested, this may expedite that stuff.
