How risky is this booking process

Been seeing this ad on Tyrst for Eve Wright formerly Jesse Moretti. Active X account, believe she had reviews on here at some point but can’t find them now.

She wants you to fill out her booking form to start things off, with quite a lot of personal information (LinkedIn, phone, photo). I filled this out on her previous site but never heard back. So a little wary of sending my info again not knowing how it is stored, or if it’s deleted.
I know you can’t get back to everyone, not every city is actually works out but doesn’t feel great being left hanging.
So is it just par for the course or should I stay away?

And this is very much standard operating procedure, and honestly less invasive than some others. I can't speak to what she does with the info (stores it, deletes it) because I don't know her. Most providers delete these forms once a booking is confirmed. Anyway, you've waited long enough;  I'd say go ahead and book the girl.

Seek other opinions on this suggestion, but ...
.
MAYBE she has a good excuse for ghosting your attempt to contact her the last time. She might be contrite. "So sorry. Some urgent stuff came up. I'm back now with a new name. ... Please do reach out again. ..."  I just don't know the best way to pose the new inquiry.
.

you are fooling yourself if you think much of the information these providers ask for is not already out in the public domain…

every time you swipe your credit card, your info is sold to a corporation so they can market their products to you

I don't have a booking form, nor do I accept LinkedIn as a verification for my personal safety. Do what you feel comfortable doing. If it's too much for you don't do it. I care about my safety, so I require real life information.

Sending a selfie 🤳 holding your real ID 🪪 so I know you are who you say you are the best way in my opinion.
