Something I had not thought about.  To submit a review, the provider must have her name in the ad, say on a site like backpage.  I can't tell you how many ads I read and the provider wants us to call her, but doesn't give us a name.  How do we call someone whose name we don't know?

I linked the guidelines for submitting a review, and it says specifically that the ad must include the provider's name, and some other information about her, like a phone number.

I suggest reading the guidelines again.  I did.

No name in the ad is one way to avoid bad reviews and is a good reason to avoid the provider IMHO.

I know one provider in particular who never puts her name, phone, or email in her ads, yet has plenty of reviews. (Initial contact is through backpage email reply.) But once the first review gets through, the door is open to the rest.

Sometimes, if you're clever, you can make up a name from the ad. Another provider I know never put her name in her ads, but once described herself as "a hellcat in the sheets." She was reviewed as Hellcat.

And how do we call someone whose name we don't know? Easy. "Hi, I saw your ad and was wondering if you might be available."

I just did a TER search for "No Name" and there were none.  Would Name = "No Name" pass the review reviewers?  

What if her name is a weird symbol like "The Artist Previously Known As Prince" (except now he's Prince again)? ... and I don't have that symbol on my keyboard?
