If you are a newbie and don't have references or haven't reviewed girls and she thinks you are a just a time-waster, she's probably not too interested.  

These ladies have people that are interested in seeing them and that are not interested in wasting their time.

Here's one suggestion - see a few girls, get some references, get a couple reviews under your belt, and then when she checks you out to verify she will see that and will probably be more likely to respond.

Try not to sched time with a girl until you are fairly certain you can make the "date" particularly true if you are new to this without references or reviews.

My schedule and location are not flexible so it is difficult to set up an appointment (it depends how flexible the provider is). When a provider goes "radio silence" (not get back to me on my last email), I stop trying right away. I assume she knows what's she doing and if she feels it's not going to happen and decide not to waste her time then there's no sense for me to keep on trying. On the other hand, I don't give up until she does. The longest effort in setting up an appoint for me is over 2 1/2 months. Good thing about this hobby is you can find another attractive lady right away and keep trying until you get your technique right.

If she is giving you "radio silence" then find another provider.

Don't give deposits. You would be asking to get ripped off.

How about planning ahead? Asking a provider to meet an hour before you want to meet is not good taste unless she's a low end provider. A good provider would like some notice, I require a 24hour minimum notice. Also, don't make a date that you have any chance of cancelling, ESPECIALLY if you are a newbie with no reviews or references. The radio silence you are hearing is because you have made her put you in the "time waster" category.

she's got your money & done nothing.  You can't make a contract for an illegal act...  

What you can do is secure the room once she confirms so there is no risk for her.  Early on, I met the lady at the coffee shop next door & she then got the room, phoned me back with the number.  Another time, I followed her to the hotel.  Yet another, we met as above & she drove with me to her appt.  

The deposit exception, should be after a few successful short meetings...  where one wants her to clear her calandar for an overnight, weekend or travel where she must buy a ticket.
