You can advertise on your local board here once a week.

also if you post on here on other boards you can add a link to your site on all of your posts - even the non ad posts.  This will at least get you noticed here.

You can do what Naomi says. Post an ad on TER on your regional ad board once a week, and also post on your regional discussion board, so people can get to know you. Once you get reviews here, you will have a TER profile. You can have your handle linked to your reviews, so every time you post, your profile link will show up by your name.

As for ad sites besides TER, look at EROS and Cityvibe. Depending where you are at, different sites may be more popular. It seems cityvibe is popular in the west but not so much in the east. EROS is used everywhere.

Also think about joining P411, date-check, or RS2k. Depending again what part of the country you are in, one might be more popular than the others. You can use these sites for verifying and screening clients, but they also work as ad sites for you.
