She needs to tell you something, but it may all be on her website. Have you checked? If it is there, don't ask any more questions or you will risk being put on the DNS (Do Not Service) list. Everyone is touchy about personal and specific questions and information. Chill and go with the flow, but be careful!

The girls will never discuss details on the phone or online.  It's too risky to discuss illegal activity with a total stranger who could be LE.

I never discuss anything of the sort over the phone or in an email message. My email messages and phone conversations are always friendly and respectful just like they are if I am setting up a time to meet a close friend.

For the first time I meet a provider in person I usually let her take the lead so I can see what she is comfortable with but that is just me. With some of the newer providers they might ask you some questions after they get comfortable with you as a person about what you like or what they should do.

Just be friendly and respectful.
