I'm still fairly new to the hobby, but I would love some advice on something a little embarrassing. In my regular sex life I never have a problem cumming too quickly with a girlfriend or my ex-wife (back when I was married), but I have the hardest time lasting past the first 15 minutes of a 1 hour session. What is the norm with most of your clients?  I know it's an excitement thing for me, but it sucks. I'm 38 years old and I hoped I would be able to overcome it at some point. What do most guys do on their visits to prevent that or to lengthen the time. When I was 30, I could rally for a second round, but I've lost that ability now that I hit my upper 30s. I even warn the provider early on and ask them to please start off slowly for this very reason. A decent BJ or even a CBJ either pushes me over the edge or close to it. Cowgirl is my favorite, so I try to hold out for that but I rarely ever make it that far. Again, this suck. Ha.

There's lots of guys with this problem, depending on how horny I'am my first pop with a BJ is pretty quick, but my recovery time is pretty fast also, so I can do 2 maybe 3 pops a session depending on how long it is.

Premature ejaculation is very common. It is usually nothing to worry about from a medical / psychological point of view and primarily affects the pleasure point of view.  As you commented, it could be the excitement. As the excitement fades with more experience, the pleasure may increase. In the meantime, ...

Some recommend rubbing one out on your own shortly before your meeting. An hour, a few hours ... you may find the sweet spot that slows you down but doesn't leave you drained beyond recovery.

The question is NOT about you, it's about HIS problem, which is a rather common problem that's been discussed quite a few times.

I will repeat my advice from the last time this question was asked here. One way to last a little longer is alcohol, having a few drinks has the effect of desensitizing yourself "down there" and can help you last anywhere from a "little longer" all the way up to giving yourself "whisky dick" where you either can't even get it up or if you can get it up, you can't finish at all.

Another, more permanent solution that he might try is to have more sex. The more sex you have the easier it is to control yourself as you have less anxiety towards sex. Try going on a "fuck fest" where you fuck several women (or the same one several times) a day for a few days and I bet you by woman number five or six you will have NO trouble with cumming too soon.

One last possible solution is to use thicker condoms. Personally I hate this solution as I can barely tolerate even the thinnest of condoms, but like I said to you, this isn't about me, this is about the OP and his problem

I think you would do good looking for the gfe experience. Someone who wants to have conversation first and work up to anything else and then maybe cuddle afterward?  I can't speak for younger providers, but mature providers are very understanding if you tell them what has been going on and willing to help Good Luck!

This may sound counter intuitive but it's not.  The more sex you have the better you will get at doing it and controlling yourself.  It will also help you focus on the lady and getting her off first.  It sounds crazy, but it's not. A drink or two may relax you, but don't drink too much or you will not be able to perform.  Bottom line: Have more sex!

had the same issue!  Was just with a lady who had some "numbing lotion" on hand and used it on me before sliding condom on.  I am 61 and was able to last damn neat 30 minutes the first time.   Had taken some blue v prior to our session.  Was able to go longer on round 2.   Honestly felt like I was 20 again

I have used this and it works great.  Before I found this product, I would cum within 5 minutes.  Afterwards, I lasted longer than 5 minutes.  Your mileage may vary.
