If something changes with a provider, how often is the profile updated? For example, one of the search parameters is "breast implants", if a provider decides to get breast implants how long does it take to get that updated in her profile? I just saw a provider whose profile had not been updated. Does the provider request that update or is it reported by the reviewers? In the same way, a provider who did not provide bbbj, may decide otherwise. Just wondering.
TER admin only updates a provider's profile if someone, either the provider or a client submits a problem report and it is deemed to be a necessary update. They do not watch profiles and update them on their own. There are 1000's of providers on here and there is no way admin could keep up with all the updating by themselves. It's up to the members to let them know if an update is needed.
And I think (in my own mind, that is) that that's why it's important to enter info in Review forms even if it doesn't change the Profile right away. If the most recent reviewers change something (hair color; "implants" from "no" to "yes"; etc.) that alone won't change the Profile. If they also say in their review (General or Juicy) that there is something new or different about their hostess it gives TER Admin a way to better verify a subsequent Problem Report and make a change. A single Problem Report from someone w/o a review history may not carry the day, so Reviewers should change the "boxes" and mention changes in the General or Juicy Details.
