It's not candy and it's not an energy drink. If you think you have a problem go see a doctor.
That being said, in many cases ED meds actually make second or third pops more difficult. Being hard doesn't mean that you are going to be able to ejaculate. In many cases the most you will accomplish is pissing-off a provider as you assault her with a chemically induced hard on.
I don't have ED or am I a PE, but find that my second or third cup take too much concentration and, grouped with the cover, I tend to lose it more than I'd like. I plan on taking it so that the actual hard on is automatic and I can put my full attention on the lady of the evening. Has anybody used Cialis that doesn't have performance problems? How much do you recommend? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is having 3 pops the most important thing to you? There is alot of truth in the quality instead of quantity philosophy. You might not be aware of this but the longer you stay at the edge and don't pop, things are building up so that when you do pop it will be all 3 cups at once and will feel 3 times as intense too. When you don't have to focus on filling 3 cups you can put your full attention on the lady.
It's not about the quantity of pops, but rather the quality! I love to keep men on the edge..teasing and seducing for long periods of time until they finally explode in an uncontrollably HOTT and intense orgasm!
... in the classical sense. 1st pop is usually not a problem in a normal environment. However, sometimes I could use a slower build than the time constraint of a date.
I've used the ED drugs, but cut the pills to get a "boost". This also limits the side effects (flushing, delayed O, etc.). Note: the delaying of the O by the ED drugs can be more frustration than fulfilling. How much you cut the pill depends on what effect your are looking for, and how sensitive you are to the pill. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the max dosage pill seems to be the right dosage for me.
While some ladies complain about some guys using ED Drugs for a marathon session, a compromise that seems to be enthusiastically received is: After the O, just staying connected while enjoying the afterglow. Some times the lady gets re stimulated to the point that she is wanting more.
After the first O, the quality of the experience changes for me. It becomes less about getting to the O (destination), and more about enjoying the feelings (journey). With the right woman (only sex she has had that week), she might want quite a journey that brings her to many destinations.
I've had enough experience to find out that I prefer the boost effect of Levitra over Cialis. I have not had enough experience with Viagra to have found the right dosage and evaluate the effects.

You should not take ED drugs if you do not suffer from ED. A client who has taken Cialis or Viagra before an appointment is a nightmare session for both me and many other providers. I will never see them again, and alert other providers in the future who ask a reference for them.
Many providers see several clients a day. Touring providers may see 5-10 clients per day. They do not want to engage in a non-stop marathon sex session, with NO break between pops - which is characteristic of men who have taken these drugs prior to a session, It will make the provider very sore, exhausted, - and perhaps even out of commission for a couple of days.
I assume some providers are OK with it - but most are not. Please ask the provider beforehand if it is OK with her if you take these drugs. Many providers will hate you by the time the session is *finally* over.
Please do not do this to us without making sure it is OK first.
