Is there a program someone can point me out to???

I have read and tried my best to post pics on here but i seem to never failingly only post links.
I have no idea what i am doing wrong
before there is a response on reading the previous links i have i just don't really understand it!

please if anyone could help me i would appreciate it! I just took so many awesome pictures and i want to be able to post on the fun threads and my ads with them!

Your picture has to be already online...do you have an ad up that lets you upload your pics like BP or your own website?
If so, RIGHT CLICK on the photo itself.
A box of choices should appear and at the bottom it should say "PROPERTIES" ...click on that, a grey box should appear with all the internet information about your photo including the URL that is hosting it...highlight and copy the entire URL...paste it into the URL box...presto.
