Ladies and Genetlemen,

What does the phrase "down to earth" in a provider ad mean, if anything at all?  
Surely she's not denying any angelic nature?  

What would the opposite characteristic be called?  Have you ever reviewed a provider who was the opposite of down-to-earth?  What did you say about that in the review?

Down to earth is relaxed, natural, friendly, comfortable in her own skin, not snobbish, gets along with anyone, makes them feel comfortable.

Not sure if this was a serious question or tongue-in-cheek, so I just went with the former.
