A provider I am hoping to meet in the near future gave me the characteristics of the duo partner she would like. I am not sure how to handle this. Should I post on local boards without mentioning identities the profile? Or should I troll through TER profiles hoping for the best? I am sure the group experience can assist.

Provider I know to pick the girl for a double. If she hasn't worked doubles with anyone before, SHE should post an ISO on your regional board and find a lady she likes and has at least SOME attraction to.  

If the two ladies haven't met before, it removes any awkwardness. I would say the same thing if I was part of a couple looking for a lady to join. I would let my SO pick the girl.

I would not have the first session with a provider be a double.  

Best to see her alone and be sure you two click first.
