What is do I need, as a true first timer, to verify...

I´m about to move back to the states after a few years doing humanitarian work in latin america, my, do I need to spend a little time with an american girl! (Or any girl will be great after such a long stint of celibacy...)

Was just wondering how the providers do/should go about checking a truly new client, so that I can be prepared when I get back.

Any aditional advice appriciated, too.
