It's almost always worth it for me. Even for a one and done. Just draw it out and bring lots of covers for switching.
Pricing is sum of their individual rates and upcharges at least. I've said ad nauseum that i don't usually tip except for special arrangements, but this may qualify
To get the best experience possible I would suggest going with ladies who have done doubles together & have doubles reviews that support an awesome experience.
As far as pricing is concerned you're better off taking that up with the ladies of your choosing.
Now for the condom issue. Ask the ladies if they would be ok with female condoms. They allow for a much more natural experience & you don't have to keep changing the condom as you switch back & forth between the two beauties.
One more little tidbit: be careful of some TER-listed providers that ONLY have stellar doubles reviews (no singles reviews). PM me or we can discuss behind the wall, if you have specific questions.
Having a lot of rapport between the two gals is very important.
Ask the gal what the donation would be as she should arrange it with the other gal and pay her out of the donation you give her. That way everyone is happy financially.
