the fees of $60-$140 go to the house.
However, the escorts request $220 & Up.  Are they expecting additional tips.

While I almost never tip, there has been a few instances when I think about it now that I have given some extra dough.

...by reputable independent providers. Providers with reputable agencies don't expect tips either. Whether you tip or not is up to you. But a provider that lets it be known a tip is expected or required should be avoided.  

I'm the guy who goes to the extreme you take care of me I will repay the deed 10 fold.

I suppose a tip is a personal choice, and I get them about 50-60% of the time. I have one particular person that from the beginning, he has always given double my hourly rate. On the 8th time of seeing me last week he mentioned the reason he tips so much is because he wanted to treat someone that he really likes extra special. That way, I'd be more likely to accommodate his odd days or times and clear my schedule. He is absolutely right, it worked like a charm. If you really like the provider and imagine seeing her again and again, I'd say tip. She is more likely to give you extra special priority. Just my opinion.

...for exceptional service. Whether the service is good, exceptional, or not is up to the client. The service provider doesn't determine that.
