But the simple reality is that sex is just like anything else. Practice makes perfect. Until you learn how to use your body a certain way, you won't be able to have a PSE I don't think.
The best thing you can do IMO is to get plenty of exercise prior to a session. The two most important things you can do is do cardio workouts (spend a lot of time on the treadmill) and do a lot of situps.
From there just find a really well reviewed provider and let her know about your situation at the beginning of the session.

So this is my first time considering this. And I really mean first time. I am a virgin in my early 30's. I'd love a PSE for the first time, but, obviously, have no referals.
Or you can pick out one of the lovely ladies that strikes your fancy and as long as you are willing to give her the information to get through her screening process, you should be ok.
If you are really a virgin, you might want to consider starting out with a GFE to get you into the groove, so-to-speak.

That would be like a student pilot going for his first solo in an F16.
Do yourself a favor and take the Piper Cub instead. You'll enjoy it a whole lot more.
Find a more mature, high rated provider and be sure that she is good with first timers. Many of them are and they will be you spiritual and sexual guide through the jungle.
