Newbie - FAQ
I'm not new to submitting reviews here but this question is something that has been lurking since I submitted my first review, oh so long ago. 
In the "Actual Services Provided" section, why are there service offerings with "Don't Know" answer options? I mean I thought the "Actual Services Provided" section is for the services on the menu that were *actually* provided. If she offers massage and I didn't get a massage, "No" would be the obvious answer but "Don't Know"? That doesn't make sense to me.
If I don't know if "massage" is on the service menu, an answer option of "Don't Know" makes sense in the "services" section.
Shouldn't the service offerings with "don't know" possible answers (vs just Yes/No) be in the "Services" section above "Actual Services Provided"?
Sorry if this has been asked before but my searches didn't find anything.

Thanks for the reply. I understand your point but what confuses me is why that would be the case in the *actual* services provided section.
If a reviewer didn't ask about a service offering, than "don't know" makes sense in the "services offered" section. If the reviewer didn't get a massage, I don't see how "don't know" would make sense in the "actual services provided" section. (I'm using "massage" as a general reference to services in the "actual services provided" section with "don't know" options).
Or maybe this is simply "one of those things" with no explanation.
