Don't use the word "Services"

Every provider in their TER profile has an entire section devoted to "Services Offered". Is this a bad word, am I missing something here or is that not what providers do?  Doctors, lawyers, plumbers and hair-stylists all provide a service, but if that is taboo for providers, then what is the appropiate word?

there are almost 3,000 post on this board.
If you're that new, stop and read. Don't pass go before you read as much as possible here.

Read the ones relevant and you'll get most if not all the answers to your questions.
