Doing my research

I was on EROS the other night and noticed many women who were listed. However, I could not find them on TER or P411. I know these aren't the only two websites out there to check. So I tried googling their listed number or email as well. Some didn't get me any results, others did. I did a google image search on some of the pictures listed and used TinyEye as well. However, I know that Google doesn't always index all sites so I'm wondering if there are other sites that I should also be checking out where these ladies may show up as well. The reason I decided to venture is because I've only checked out my region's Ad board and while I see the occasional provider that interests me, it is usually some of the same ads I keep seeing.

After hobbying for the last couple of months, I've mostly stuck to reviewed ladies on TER or P411 which has worked out good for the most part. However, seeing those ads on EROS makes it seem like there's A LOT that I'm missing out on. Either that or some of those ads are just too good to be true.

So what are some methods people use to weed out fake ads? And what are some other sites that I should be checking out? If the last question can't be answered in a public post, I appreciate any PMs.

google/image and tineye should help in weeding out fake pics.

I've actually ran into a few ads where the pictures are of playboy model images (at least that's what google image search shows up). In those cases, how does one go about determining whether they are legitimate. I know some providers don't like to use their public name even if they are models or porn stars. But then again some playboy models do indeed provide. So how does one distinguish if it's truly the model/porn star or if it's just some fake ad?

Regardless of where I find a provider I'm interested in, it all goes back to the reviews.  While this is not the only review site, it is probably the largest.  If she doesn't have reviews here, I look at other sites.  I can't post their names per TER policy, as they are competitors of this site.  I have given this advice many times, if she doesn't have reviews, and I don't mean just one or two, somewhere, move on.

From what I have read, there are plenty of fakes on EROS as on other sites, even though they are expensive to advert on.  Remember, if it looks TGTBT, it probably is, think with the big head, not the little one.

If you are getting hits on Tineye (not Tinyeye) and on Google Images, then you are finding out that many of these photos are fake.

Anyone can put up an ad that is appealing.  Doesn't mean it's truthful.

I thought he WASN'T getting hits on Tineye?

Yeah...stay away from photo stealers. But there are other good ladies.

I'm not getting hits on Tineye, but I am on Google Image search. The results are the same pictures of the women but they are listed on other escort sites overseas (Europe). Not sure if that makes a difference at all. I assume that in certain parts of the world, there may be other sites that providers list ads on that aren't commonly used in the U.S.

Woops, sorry it was Tineye, not Tinyeye. What I'm finding is that a lot of the results I'm getting are from other escort sites out in Europe where they are listed under another name. So what's the rule of thumb here? Wouldn't it depend what sites the pictures are showing up on to determine whether they are fake or not? Or is it always the case that if the picture shows up somewhere else that the ad is fake?

What I was thinking was that some of these ads are of providers trying to start new in the U.S with a new name. But then I'm not sure since I've never really met anyone from an EROS ad alone.

For example, I saw a provider recently. She was clearly well reviewed and had bunch of pictures. When I went to google her pictures, they actually showed up on other sites and even on facebook. But the pictures were legit. So this is where I get conflicted on whether I know if these are fake or not.

As for photos being elsewhere...just ask the provider.

Once I found a provider who had her pics on Model Mayhem, and those were her real pics.  She told me they were, and then promptly took them down--for obvious reasons.

As for pics in Europe and the US...most providers aren't global, so chances are good those pics are fake.

Well the facebook page was a fan page, but point taken.

Well I'm not saying they are global providers, but perhaps they left Europe and decided to start a new life in the U.S. I say this because the pictures are only showing up on only escort sites.

I've been spending all afternoon doing research on these pictures. It sucks that these may be fake. Wish someone was willing to kind of aid me in my research. Not so much do it for me, but look at a few of things I've found and tell me whether it looks like a fake ad. Out of 30+ girls I found (no I can't possibly afford to see that many), I must have easily like 80+ links (including the EROS ads themselves) where the pictures are on another escort site (think like 1-2 sites per girl).

What exactly is the incentive to pay for an EROS ad if the woman looks nothing like picture in the ad? Don't the clients just turn around and not pay?

That's not even a credible answer, in my opinion.

This whole industry is full of bait/switch schemes.  If they didn't exist, then why would this site even exist?  Think about that for a second.  This REVIEW site exists because you need to know whether the girl is real or not.  In the review fields, it even has criteria for whether the pics are REAL.  Even more, the fields are there for whether pics are an "accurate representation" of the provider.

This site exists because of all the fakes out there.

As far as whether the clients turn around and leave...well, ask yourself this:  If a girl had your personal information about your work and your personal life (part of screening), would you just turn around and leave?  Would you risk a phone call to your work the next day, accusing you of not only seeing a hooker, but reneging on it?

I've been a bit spoiled because I've been making all my appointments via P411 or an agency hence I'm not having to give out much personal info. Yup, all very good points you're making about bait/switch schemes. I guess I'm just a bit disappointed because so many of these ladies are smoking.

I think that there are many awesome unreviewed ladies on Eros
(I am one...if you ignore a competing site).

If you see a lady you really like, send an inquiry to her and go from there. You are correct, TER is not the ocean, it is merely a very large lake. The Ocean of the internet is endless, and you will find many awesome women there that may even actively avoid it here. I can recommend a few, if you'd like.

It's your money and time, so your choice. Choose a girl on Eros and have a wonderful time.

have at least 5-6 reviews from established reviewers. You can do a serach for more information about this.
