This is a fairly common practice with girls who offer out call.

Can you trust her? Well, she is using precautions to protect herself. LE doesn't generally make you have to work that hard to set up a date. Also, they tend to set up sting on in call not out call.  Still, there are no 100% guarantees about anything in the hobby.

The primary difference between an out call and an in call is that the lady is seeing you on your turf. Things like confirming your identity through the hotel phone are fairly common.

Hi!  After experiencing over a dozen incall FBSM, I'm planning to curiously check out girls who do outcalls only for FBSM.  I'm attending a company cocktail party soon and decided to book a hotel nearby just in case.

So this one ad on BackPage I had to hit the Reply link since she didn't provide her name nor her phone #.  Pics did show her face.  I at least found out her e-mail address when she replied.  She says she doesn't give out her personal # but did give her name as Alanda.  I had to e-mail her back my cell # and a pic of myself as she required and we agreed to the day and time.  She said once I check in, send room # to her e-mail addy and she'll call my room phone to confirm my voice.

I understand she must be taking extreme safety measures for herself, but is this common procedure with any other "outcalls only" girls?  Most other "outcalls only" ads I've seen at least show a phone # if not also their names (a few even showing their faces).  Think I can trust Alanda?  Sounds like a hassle if she'll require the same procedure even for repeats.

For gents who experienced good amount of outcalls, how does the appointment process usually go if different from incalls?

This is not standard practice for Outcall girls. Here are things I would never do on Backpage:
1. I would never respond to an ad without any contact info - these almost always end up not being real providers - instead they are "webcam girls" or attempts to get your email address for spam.
2. I would never send my pic to anyone - suddenly YOUR pic is out on the Internet as a "john". You have now taken all the risk in this transaction.
3. I would never give my cell number to someone if I don't have their cell number. You have given all your contact info to "someone", but have no way to contact her.

This all reads like a scam. I would assume she will not show up, and this was all an attempt to get you to sign up for a webcam girl or some other such crap.

The typical outcall session goes much like the incall. You call her number (which is in her ad). Either she answers or you leave a message. Either way, you discuss and agree to the specifics (your location, desired time, pricing). She arrives at your hotel room. You get your massage. You flip over. You get your ending.

that you give her the name of the hotel and then she either calls you or sends a text right before she arrives to get your room number.  This is a two-call system in reverse of what a lady does for an incall date.

Bostonguy, any idea if the girl would tend to trust you enough with her phone # for repeat appointments assuming the first visit goes well?

Every lady has her own way of what info she requests to feel safe and comfortable.I do agree kind of strange that she does not have at least her name posted on her ad.Most ladies that are Email only will have at least their email address listed  on their ad if no phone#.I myself am outcall only and even though I prefer initial contact by email I also like to speak to the gentleman on the phone for a quick conversation before meeting.I do not know about asking for a pic but since you sent it and set a date what is the problem?If you have researched the lady and saw she has decent reviews I don't see the issue.Once she sees you and you decide to repeat she would not need all of that info again

she OTOH has his phone, his pic, his email, and he is out the cost of the room before knowing diddily about this woman. He doesn't mention any TER reviews, so I assume there are none.

Scam or no, count me out. No fucking way would I have even proceeded this far.

If I were the OP, I would start looking immediately for a "Plan B".

Did you misunderstand the OP? The "provider" did not even provide her NAME until he responded to the BP ad. He was not able to send her a direct email - he had to use the BP reply mechanism.

She then provided her name, but still no phone number. He then had to send his pic and his phone number.
Only then did the provider set up the appointment. He still does not have her phone number. He is supposed to get the hotel room and email the room number to her.

I am pretty sure that no one will show up. I hope for his sake I am wrong - hope he comes back and gives us a follow-up.

No,I did not misunderstand the OP that is why I said sounds strange about not having a name posted on her ad.If the lady in question doesn't have reviews and way to make sure she is legit.Then I would pass.I assumed the OP had researched the lady prior to sending info I guess not like the other reply said he did not mention reviews.Who knows what will happen hopefully he will have a great time.
