You have to read the reviews. If a provider has 5-10+ positive reviews, and nobody mentions getting shorted on time in their review, you know an hour means 60 minutes. That is a question I usually ask ahead of time if her reviews aren't clear.

I rarely see anyone with no reviews...too risky and have had mixed success..

In my findings, if a woman is open to discussions ahead of time and they seem comfortable, it will be a good session and they wont rush

Usually, an hour is an hour.  I've read reviews where the lady was not, ah... professional, and she might throw a guy out sooner.  But by reading reviews you should be able to get a nice lady.  Also, being a newbie, try getting P411 or RS2K verified to increase your chances of seeing such a lady.
