How do I estabish a reference if I'm being asked for one and it's my first time?

I've just gone through this and I can tell you that some escorts insist on references from other providers, but many do not.  Generally you need to be willing to give up personal information (faxed drivers license, for example) and be willing for them to call your workplace).  There may be a few who don't require any of these steps, but wouldn't you rather do business with someone who is careful?  One more thing, if you contact them a few days in advance rather than the same day, your chances will be better.

Pick a provider you feel comfortable with, preferabley one who is well reviewed.  Make contact as asked on her website, BE DISCREET, have patience.
Patience is key the first time unless you register with RS2K, Date check, etc... allow her TIME to screen you properly - you have to be aware of the risks involved for the provider.
Search the boards for keywords like "screening" and good luck!

You can ask the owner whether you can use him or her as a reference. If the agency is good, you could discover that you only want to do business with it. You can often find reviews on agency ladies by checking the site for ladies that you are interested in then checking TER for reviews of them.
