I'm currently looking for an Asian woman provider that is Americanized if that makes sense. A really important part about an experience for me is the communication, i.e. true GFE.  I've had some incredible looking Asian women that didn't know enough english to even verbally communicate a change in position. It was great sexually, but it's not what i'm looking for, too cold, too distant.  

How do I ask the following without sounding offensive?

1. See above
2. Sometimes I like the provider that has baby fat, to overweight. How do I ask about this without coming off negative (it's a positive for me) On that note, how do I communicate that in a review without sounding negative?
3. How do I ask about any provider wearing certain outfits, wearing make up, doing their hair (i.e. want her to look like the picture) without sounding rude. Is this considered a special request?
4. I love to worship clean feet and I love DATO/Y. How do I make sure they know this has to be clean without coming off rude (or incriminating myself?)  

You should be able to find out 1, 2, and 4 by reading reviews.
#3 is not unusual. Many people make outfit requests (and hair, makeup etc.) if it is something she already has in her wardrobe it shouldn't be a problem. If the hair and makeup request are not something we'll out of the ordinary, it shouldn't be a problem. If the outfit is something she doesn't have or the hair and makeup request is unusual, then you should expect to pay extra (i.e. Pay for the outfit, pay for he hair styling)

Just do some extensive research. You can find Asian providers by doing a search on TER and then filter by a few of your other requests.  Once you get a list of ladies then reach out to a few hobbyist who have seen those ladies. You can PM them for specifics to narrow down your search. Once you find the lady[s] you want to see reach out to her directly and start a conversation.  Good Luck!

Communication is an important part of intimacy for me. Short of asking the rude question "were you born here" there really is no quick confirmation. Some girls state "I was born here" or "I speak perfect English" in the ad. In my search for asian girls, I visited the k girl forum and agency websites, a frustrating search because there just was not enough info about language proficiency. The agency will say she speaks good English, but what does that mean in terms of proficiency? If it's a perfect website, it could still be the work of a good consultant, I had that experience in Philly, I went to the incall location, she spoke very limited English, I did have a good time. Then I went to the forums here. One girl caught my attention with her interesting comments, she is obviously a native English speaker and happens to live in the area I travel to for work, it was a good match. Forum posts are more reliable indicators of English proficiency because they tend to be composed casually (caveat: not all girls participate).

Honestly, I only have experience and advice for you on one of your issues, so I'll limit my comments to that alone.....

Ask, May I make a clothing/outfit request?  

If she says yes, then ask for what you'd like but phrase it as a question at all times.  
Please don't write: "I'll see you at 2pm..... oh, and wear the black-and-white dress from your first album with the red CFM pumps from your second album!"

Even accidentally phrasing it as a directive rather than a request could mean she shows up in ratty old sweats.

As to the hair and makeup, I know I would consider that a special request.  If my look was achieved through the skills of paid professionals, the odds that I can recreate that look myself are pretty slim.  Now, if you're booking an extended multi-hour date, the lady might be willing to put forth some extra effort there.  

But please understand that this is not a typical request by any means; I can only recall being asked to wear my hair the way it is in my pics..... hmmmm..... maybe once in the last year or so?  

I think a good way to ask is to inquire if she NORMALLY wears her hair and/or makeup as shown in her photos.  
Then take it from there.
