I think you should do whatever you are comfortable with. I did not used to like to kiss providers, but I do now. Since I have been in the hobby for a while now, I feel safer with a provider than someone I just met at a bar. Of course, this varies by the providers appearence and hygeine. Remember. They're only offering not obligating you to accept this. Let them know politely that it's not your thing and that you would respectfully decline thief offer. This isn't highschool. You know what you want and they can provide that for you. It's when you get into asking for certain things that the shoe falls on thief foot so to speak. Remember this as well. It's mutual respect. Respect her and she'll respect you. That goes for likes and dislikes as well.
You are the customer and if you don't care for this or that menu item, there's not reason to have to have it.
Discuss your likes and dislikes with the provider and if she is worth her salt, she will accomodate you, especially such simple requests as you state here.
If you don't want BBBJ or DFK, select some of the 7 performers that have 9 or 10 looks. The 7 in performance almost surely mean that they do not give DFK or BBBJ or don't give either. Some providers in the 7 category are intense lookers, if looks are critical to you.
