I've been trying to reach someone for several weeks.  I've sent messages and email, but don't get any reply. Anyone know how to get someone on the phone?

If you have their phone number, you simply call them.

You're probably not getting a reply because they don't want to talk to you. Sorry, that may sound harsh but after a couple attempts you should just leave it alone. If there is no number listed on the website or reviews it is because they don't want to be called.

OK. OK. I get it guys. I wasn't explicit enough in my question.  I'm rying to get someone at TER to make some changes in my account info that can't be done online. I wasn't talking about a provider. They all reply to my mail.

When you click 'contact us'  all you get is an email form to fill out.  I'd be very surprised if TER even has a phone for contact.  Can you imagine how many calls they would get if they did????
