Your TER handle (username) "Katdiorphx" is already linked to your TER Profile "Kat Dior TER ID: 353718". I think that means you already have Free Limited VIP.

I sent you a PM. As Imp mentioned, you should have the Free Limited Provider VIP since your username is linked to your review profile. You should be able to read and reply to my PM with the Limited Provider VIP.  If you can’t read it, something is wrong and you need to co tact TER support.
