DO NOT USE PAYPAL!

I can't express this enough. They suck..bottom line. They stalked me for months to use their crap and then froze my account for "illegal activity." I had 2 freaking transactions!

I am trying to set up a meeting with a major adult star. Forgive me for not spending much time searching on the board but I need help quickly. I want to depost with a money order but she only takes cc's or pay pal. I think the prepaid cards want an address and my Ssn. Is pay pal the same? I need to have no trace of this transaction, nothing coming to mailbox, etc.

I was using a dummy (not my real name, address, etc) PayPal account, and funding it with pre-paid cards. The .gov has changed the rules, though, so PayPal requires real information now. You can still have a degree of anonymity, but if you're trying to hide from professional investigators of some sort, forget it.

If you're just trying to hide from family or acquaintances, use a secret gmail or Yahoo mail account so nothing comes to the mailbox on your computer.

Sure the guy paying can buy a greendot moneypak anonymously, and text her the numbers so she can put the money in her greendot account. However, she has to have a greendot account, or set one up. and to set ut up she needs to give her personal info including ss number

I had funds held for months, and an account terminated.  I accept several deposit options & cc's have charge backs you may have to take as a loss, or fight that may take awhile to get paid.  I do not accept cc's.  I do not use green dot either.  The less paper trail the best for everyone.

Thanks everyone, I went ahead and reluctantly used my card. Better than creating more accounts. More questions coming....

I agree, do NOT use PayPal! I have heard stories of providers using PayPal and getting their accounts shut down. I'm not sure about GreenDot (never used it before). When I got my Western Union pre-paid card, I had to give my social security number. Even RushCard requires an ss number.

I used it myself for several years to take deposits. However, in recent years they have become just like PayPal. Will snag your dough and not let go!

I accept deposits via money order that is MAILED so no trace on either of us.

Greendot will shut you down as well if they think you are doing anything illegal. They don't even need proof. They sometimes will mail you the remaining balance in your account....but if you used a fake name, then the check will come in that name.

With the anti-terrorism rules, it's really tough to have no paper trail these days.  It is possible that she could put a hold on your CC, then remove it when you pay in cash or some other way (Like hotels do).  It's called an authorization request.  It's not an actual charge, so once it is removed, it disappears.

Liberty Reserve and Bitcoin are the only truly untraceable ways to send funds electronically, but I have only met a couple of providers who wanted or were able to use it.

I have a PayPal account, and am able to load funds onto it with MoneyPak...and that is the only thing I use to accept deposits since my date can use cash to buy one and it leaves no paper trail between us.

Definitely agree with the others not to use PayPal directly to send her funds....not a good idea at all even if you used a prepaid card to do it. Im not a big fan of paper trail so avoid cc processing altogether, though I know some do.  But I would say your safest bet would be to ask her if she will accept MoneyPak and use that.
