Seen an ad on backpage numerous times but timing hasn't worked out for me to call when she's around.  She recently switched her name, number, and pics in the ad, and by that i mean she said they were switching on the backpage ad, the reason why has me concerned.  Her reviews say she's supposed to be great and I'm interested but not sure if that is normal or a sign to be concerned and look for someone else?

It would not surprise me if she sold her profile to a new provider and is now retiring. If people sell their World of Warcraft and Second Life accounts, why not their websites?

dude, it would be best to play it safe and let her pass on man. Unless of course you get a lil liquid courage in ya and give her a go.
she might've been in trouble with LE or maybe a her boss(if shes not independent).
allot of times, the girls get abused by gangbangers or cholos. ive seen that happen to a few of my favorites. they end up changing their names, website ads, and hotels.

where I'm at I'm not worried about her abused or anything, I'm in the Midwest, LE is possible i suppose, I would put up her TER ID so people could look to know what i mean, but since I'm new I'm not sure if that's proper etiquette on here and i don't wanna offend her or anyone else.

Has she been around for awhile previously before she has decided to switch her identity? If not, then there's reason to worry. But there's also the possibility she's been outed by someone & doesn't want to be recognized, so she's switching her identity? By switching pics in her ad, do you mean that she just took new ones that don't show her face? That would also help with the idea of maybe she's been outed, & trying to create a new identity..... maybe give it awhile & see what google returns for her new number in a couple of weeks.... if she's a cash or dash or uses fake pics, it won't take long for someone to report it on some board, & google will bring it up. that pretty much rules out reinventing herself to ditch bad reviews.  Use TER search to check her previous stage name, email & phone number.   You do need to be able to read the complete reviews.  I know, you have to buy TER VIP but it is way cheaper than even one spoiled date.  
Ladies frequently change their phone numbers & email addresses for security reasons...  name rarely!  Her name & good reputation as an honest provider is valueable.  Sometimes (less often) ladies change their stage name...  or work more than one...  say one is associated with her FNSM business...  another might be her stripper or provider profile.  
I think I'd ask her...  if she has reviews.   That might be the quickest way.  Newbies should stick with well reviewed providers.  Once you have some experience, you'll know better when something doesn't seem right.
