It is TER's way of making sure that reviewers are committed to writing the review and don't come to it causually.

It seems I have to enter their phone/website info all over again. Is there a way for it pre-fill those fields?

TER management posted a couple of years ago their reason along the lines I just gave as their reason for having reviewers jump through these hoops each time they review.

I agree, of course, with the obvious "yes, you do" but I disagree with mrfisher about the reason. Many posters and POTENTIAL reviewers have asked for a way to enter a TER ID and have the main fields automagically populated. The time and effort wasted cutting and pasting leads to mistakes and does drive people away from completing a review.

When they recently redid the TER website, the changes were cosmetic and dysfunctional. They should have put effort into improving other aspects, such as autofill of the review template.

Oh ... in case you're wondering ... there's no way to start a review but save it as a draft in order to finish and submit at a later time. Something ELSE they could have added.

Good luck.

then refer back & forth as needed.  I believe copy & paste works.  Just be careful that what ever you use in the other tab does not leave tracks.

I didn't know that. I haven't been here that long. In which case, I think their reasoning is flawed. The effort and moderating should go into the written review and not a lot of jumbled up (often uncorrected) info in the "data" fields. If the fields were automatically populated based on selecting the TER ID, it would be easier to keep things current and correct (new web pages instead of ending up with multiple IDs for the same girl; correct, consistent physical info; correct, consistent experience info).

This comment may seem off topic to what I've just been saying, but how many times have I read a FIRST review (hence, no preexisting data to auto populate) that establishes the new (original) profile that was inconsistent with the data in the data fields.  Stuff like "... fantastic BBBJ ... swallowed every drop ... second round finished in mish ..." but the data fields are inconsistently filled in: "blow job: yes with condom", "cum in mouth: spits", "multiples: no" and so on.

I kind of wish the moderators / editors would reject reviews with a "reconcile data fields with story" or something like that.

Uhh ... sorry, what was the original question?
