I have called a provider and am trying to set something up this Thursday. This provider has had great reviews on TER (that's why I called) when we to meet for the first time should I ask if she's a cop or working for any LE straight out??  I really don't want to be busted.

Even if she said no and was LE She could have FS with you and still bust you. That's not the way to start off a session. You might piss her off. You say she is well reviewed chances are good she's OK.

Getting busted by LE is not the biggest risk in the hobby!!!

Getting busted by your SO, screwing up your finances, screwing up your work, and getting ripped off are much more likely possibilities.

Yes, LE interference is always a possibility in the hobby.  But if the lady is well reviewed, it is likely that she is careful, remember this is her livelyhood.

Finally, DO NOT ask your question.  The only time cops have an obligation to tell the truth is when they are under oath in court.

like you said, if she has good reviews on this site, i highly doubt that she is LE.

the first time i set up an appointment, i was thinking the same as you, and everything turned out just fine, had a fantastic time, and i DIDN'T ask that question.

Not for all of us.  I'd rather be ripped off than go to jail for soliciting.  I'm a newbie and your post scares the hell out of me.  How could I screw up my work?  You're giving me "Risky Business" worries.
