Do All Newbies Get Hooked?

In another thread, someone just warned someone that if he sees his first provider, he will be "hooked" and there will be no turning back.  Is this really true?  Presumably there are many people who don't post on this website who saw providers for a year and then decided to stop due to changes in financial situations, new SO, or just lost interest.  Or is that simply contrary to human nature?

Suffice it to say, many do find this a bit habit forming, and I usually end up spending more on it than I would prefer, but I'm not complaining yet.

If it gets to the point where it is ruining your life, there are organizations like Sexaholics Anonmynous to help out.

Lots of guys drop out for the reasons you mentioned, but if you have seen providers and had good experiences, it will always be remembered in the back of your mind. So when situations change again you will more then likely be back. Not necessarily a bad thing, but once you have had NSA sex it will change how you look at the other avenues of getting sex.

Or is it always this compelling and consuming?

Well I am always excited before an appointment, that's why I like to advance book so I can have a day or so of anticipation. The overall high level of excitement only occurs for me with new ladies, but I usually rotate between several favorite ladies so it does lessen a bit but I have the advantage of picking a lady knowing what her best qualities are and how the session will be depending on what I am in the mood for. But when I want to get that initial buzz back I just pick out another new lady.
