I recently recieved a PM that wanted to know "what to expect" of a certain provider I'd recently reviewed. I'm a little concerned about giving out details when they are already in the VIP reviews. Can non-VIP members send me private mail?
Perhaps I'm being overly cautious, but unless someone has a specifc question not covered in my review, I'm hesitant to provide all the details again.
From what I understand, only VIPs send and get PMs, I could be wrong. The person that PMed you may have wanted some extra assurance that a reply back from you may have given him. Probaly the best thing that you could have said is that you felt that the provider's reviews (either the good ones or the bad ones) were accurate, should have not needed to get graphic.
