ok, I have made VIP purchases the last two time via trust cash and loved this method. I have looked up and down and all around but I can not seem to find the link to make the purchase via trust cash and if trust cash is no longer available, I would then like to make another VIP purchase via money order but the link in the "how to become a VIP section" just takes me to the page where one can make purchases by way of pre-paid/credit cards which I do not want to make. I have already searched this and still no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The Cash Payment method of membership seems to have become unavailable, at least for the time being. I have been in contact with TER about their suggested use of prepaid Visa or Mastercards and advised them of the fact that they simply do not work. I even contacted one of the billing agents, SegPay, and was informed that they do not accept prepaid cards in their billing process. And, TER infomed me that they are unable to accept US Postal Money Orders (or even an envelope stuffed with currency, I would assume). If you should come up with an efficient anonymous method of membership please let me know. I expect that once TER gets its act together on this matter it will be published on the home page. By the way, I was advised by TER that the Trust Cash process was abandoned as it could no longer be used for adult transactions and on Google I learned that it was closed down by the government apparently for some transactions relating to money laundering.
All prepaid Visa/MC that I can find require a registration process where one should give info including name,ssn and dob which in my opinion defeats the idea of purchasing by cash/anonymity. This is especially very unfavorable given the fact that big bro mingles with everything and corporations are willing to market every piece of data they have on you. There's gotta be better way..
Try Vanilla Visa (available at most any drug store - except I can never find them at Duane Reade in NYC) or the Walmart Visa Gift Cards.
They don't require any personal information - SSN, DOB, etc.
They do ask you for an address if you plan on using your card to make internet/phone purchases. (The address you give doesn't necessarily need to be your address....) so long as you use the same address with the vendor when you go to make the purchase.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
