Upselling means the price they are advertising is not the price for everything.

So if a lady upsells she has one price that basically just gets her to show up at your door.  After you pay that, she informs you if you want her to do more than just stand there and look good, you need to pay xyz depending on what you are wanting from her.

A smoking hot chick with really low rates is a red flag.  If her reviews don't indicate she upsells and that she is the girl in the pics, you might want to post on your local board and see if anyone else knows anything about her.

you say she has decent reviews.  To my thinking, those things are not the same.  Besides, most of us would prefer better than 'decent' reviews. I'm talking about reviews on this site, not other sites.  If you don't have VIP, get it and read the juicy details.  . The general details of a review rarely tell you much beyond how the reviewer set up the date, and how he got her address or room number.  Plus, you can't see the rating numbers or her rates w/o VIP.  

How many reviews does she have?  Are her reviews written by guys that have more than 1 or 2 reviews?  Is she reviewed here or somewhere else?  If the reviews are somewhere else, you might have to jump thru that site's hoops in order to read the entire review.  These are some questions you should be answering.

Upselling is never good.  Her low rates may just be there to get you in the door.  Then she will tell you 'if you want this, it's gonna cost this much more', and so on it goes.  Be wary of super low rates like that.  It may well be just a classic case of TGTBT.

However, the price on the Special is too low to be believeable.  My guess it is for lesser time or lesser services.  Upsell is "bad" but these Special deals abound.  If you go into it expecting to pay a fair rate for the services you want, you still might come out OK.

Reviews state not full GFE.  A review from 09 states "very safe" which is probably a hint that everything is covered CBJ, not BBBJ.  (I'm not VIP right now so can't read the juicy details)
Gap in reviews from 2009 to 12.  Specials may be because she's breaking back in.  Still feel that stated rate is too low for all inclusive.   The review link on her web site leads back to a TER Not found message, so likely had another profile.    

You are new.  You need to learn to use the search functions.  Put in phone numbers, emails, names separately & see what comes up.  You need VIP to complete the research...

I'm seeing prices in ads from 100 to 200/hr to 250/hr.  The 100 is too low to be an all inclusive hr.   I don't know this area but 200-250 should be about right for "all inclusive".   Discussing what is included is a No No prior to the main event.  
Up Selling is when a stated rate for "all inclusive"...  after you make the donation...  everything costs extra.   That said, you would be a fool to expect 200 worth of service for half price.   A provider I liked had a low rate...  but a short time limit...  when we reached the time, fortuinately she was willing to extend.   When I was a total Newbie, I ran into the time limit & she was not willing to extend so I left disappointed.  
With so many ads active...  at least pick a fair bargain & see if she'll honor it.   In my area, I expect to pay 200 roses...
