Disclaimer

In my view, a disclaimer (if properly worded & many are not) may deflect a solicitation charge, solely based on the ad or web site.  I don't know if that has ever been attempted but if so it would be a lot of work for LE.

The disclaimer has no meaning once the parties are face to face & the trigger phrases are made.  The prostitution can be charged & the ad or web site info is not needed.

Very important question regarding placing reviews on the provider website. It recently came to my attention once you place the review on your site it basically states what happens BCD, price along with activities. Also, notice some providers putting disclosures stating for Companionship or Legal escorting services. Since, when have Escorting been legalized?

Will this hurt your business if you do not post your reviews on your site or will the hobbyist do their homework any way and research you before they book an appointment?

The token disclosure "you're paying for the lady's time and not for sexual acts" is worthless and will not keep LE off of you.

Concerning reviews, I don't care how hot she is, no reviews I don't even consider it. I need to know you're not a cop, not a Bait/switch, not a cash & Grab, and I'd like to know how you've acted with your other clients to try to determine if we'd have chemistry..

Then on your website just put a link to TER or where-ever your reviews can be found.

A lot of guys that are TER-savy are pretty hesitant to see a lady with no reviews.

As to your question about since when has escorting been legalized, I don't think that Escorting is crime anywhere in the U.S.  It is prostitution that is illegal.

that sex occurs nor do you want to list any sex act or euphemism / acronym for a sex. None nada zip.

You're TER or TBD or BestGFE or Date-Check or Preferred411 banner will lead the knowing hobbyist
in the direction of discovering  the explicit information he needs in order to make a decision about booking with you.

Let your website present you as a person in an attractive and interesting way, in a way that gives us a sense of your personality and is authentic.

Cheers

Thanks for the input I guess I am starting to get a little paranoid. I have my reviews posted on the boards like P411 and date check and of course ASPD.
