I aso have a disability caused by a partial spinal cord injury. Yes, there is a difference between provider & therapist. Also remember providers vary too. Lower quality providers will seek to get you to come as quickly as possible no matter how much you paid or how much of their time you compensated for. It is frowned upon by hobbiests & you SHOULD get VIP because one of the things to look for in complete REVIEWS is whether the client felt RUSHED or as if she was watching a clock. The better providers, do not rush, and while they must be excellant time mangers, do so without the client being aware. In my experience (and I may yet be proven wrong) the youngest gals are accustomed to guys who are "push button" & have less skill & patience for clients who are not. The slightly older MILF age group... ~30... are more patient with clients who may need experimenting to see what the trigger is. With a disability it's "use it or lose it" so staying sexually active... with providers when there's no one else, is useful. The one down side of providers... it's understood there are "No Strings Attached". It is very easy to devolupe feelings with someone you have sex with (especially repeartedly). It's the post coital hormone surge (useful for cave man to protect the women & children). Now can be a pitfall. Many Gals at the first sound of the L word, refuse to see you. The last thing a provider needs is a clingy client or a potential stalker. This game we play... this pleasant illusion... is NOT a dating service. This is not MATCH dot COM. Enjoy the illuson as I do but guard your heart...
new hobbyist, I'm have a disability because of an injury, I'm not unattractive, just use a wheelchair. I've had a girlfriend since, but I've had a dryspell for a while. Is visiting a provider a good way to get back in the game? is there a difference between a provider and a surrogate?
its not a bad way to knock the dust off so to speak but I wouldn't use it as a means to get back into the game as far as relationships go. If your capable of keeping your emotions out of it then this "game" can be quite fun. My advice would be to get VIP, do your research, find a reputable and well reviewed provider, be honest about your disability (ladies don't care for surprises), and have fun. On a personal note I would say stick to someone over the age of 30, regards less of your personal preference. They are usually more professional, willing to work with you on whatever issues you may have, and quite a few of them have probably come across someone in your situation before. I don't know much about surrogates so I won't make a comment. Have fun and good luck.
and are often licensed or have a certificate from their professional association.
The Love Goddess who once presided over The Erotic Highway Board is a surrogate and if you do some research there, you'll find the name of her organization and how to contact them.
In reality, the effect of a surrogate versus a provider may be more or less the same, depending upon what you are looking for.
Being disabled, you certainly have some issues surrounding that, if would think.
Thanks for coming here and inquiring. I hope you find what you are looking for.
