Sounds like a good thing

To me it means that she doesn't rush you, tries to do everything you request within her menu, and makes you feel important. You should leave with a smile on your face and feel like you got all your money worth for the company.

I use "pleaser" when writing reviews, and if  you think or hope "pleaser" may imply bbfs, I can assure you in my reviews it does NOT.

It's her 'job' to please you and make sure you leave her with a smile on your face.  After all, she wants you to come back and see her again, so she is going to her best to please you in every way.

Being that it is subjective and not a definitive statement, it can mean anything depending on the one using the word.  I just consider it as saying she makes you cum.
