I have sent like 3 emails and done EXACTLY as requested for access to the providers board and still nothing..


any other providers, can you tell me how long it took you for approval?


Also I tried posting 2 posts to the suggestion board and they still say new but not active... any idea why?

You can find out about the status of requests and post by going to Account Manager way up at the top of the board and clicking on the respective link.

When posts do not appear right away, it usually means that you are moderated.

I myself have sent 2......first was like 2 months ago...nothing yet. I thought being VIP was supposed to give you an edge.

I have sent messages about three times over the last six months and I haven't recieved anything either?  Maybe the board is not active?

They will come through for you. Just hang in there....I think they are extremely busy. It took me about 2 weeks.
