Eros is a big one in many areas.   They do require a lot of your personal information, though, and they're notoriously slow & difficult regarding getting your ads live.   That said, in certain geographical locations, they are the best bet for advertising as an escort.

 
Tryst is newer but really giving me a great return on investment lately.  MUCH easier to use and although customer service can be slow, they're friendly and professional.

 
I also advertise on SkipTheGames in smaller cities.  It's free and I like that I don't have to wait for my photos or any ad content to go live.  It's very much controlled by the advertiser.  If you post a phone number, you'll get a TON of timewasters so I advise against that.  

 
Preferred411 can make screening easier and it also serves as an ad platform.    

 
There's also AdultLook but to be honest,  it really isn't worth the price in most areas.    

 
RS-AVS (formerly known as RS2K) is mostly for Chicagoland but clients from some areas of Wisconsin, Indiana and Iowa also browse the site.   They're also a screening service so if you pay for an ad there, verifications of their members is included.

and while yes there are "pro's" on that site, pretty much ALL sugar sites have very strong "anti prostitution" policies. So be very careful of your wording if you choose to join that, or any other sugar sites like Seeking.com which is by far the most popular sugar site out there.
