Hi guys, do you know where I can find my TER ID?  I paid for the one year service.

Also, how do I overcome the issue of the usual request of established providers asking for at least 3 references at the beginning.  Is the only way to find newbie-friendly providers?  If yes, how do I do that?  Thanks.

...That's what providers want from you when they ask for your TER ID.

you post a review.  I know providers don't have a number until they get their first review, I suspect similar for guys.  To overcome the need for references, join one of the verification sites.  Preferred411, or P411, allows providers to indicate if they are newbie friendly.  Gina and her staff will work with you to verify you so you can get some references.

Introduce yourself on your local regional board and start posting there to get your name out there.

...who don't write reviews but still have ID nos.  It's for TER bookkeeping purposes, nothing else.
