Even in a big metropolitan city like NYC, a lot of providers use the same five or six hotels over and over again, because they are reliable, discreet and relatively affordable.

If your question is concern over using the same hotel, that's a non-issue, generally.

Especially if one provider referred you to the other.

that two providers in the touring the same area on two different weeks would use the same hotel? Especially if one of them recommended me to the other. Keeping in mind they are both reputable providers

I have gone to same hotels in DC area many times to visit providers that were not related to each other.. If one recommended you to other, they probably know each other well. That makes it even more likely that they could be sharing information on where to stay, places to eat, shop...etc...

Why does all this matter to you anyway?

and will take a suite at an upscale hotel together. Once a provider told me at the end of our time together she was touring with her gf and sharing the suite. She wanted to know if I was interested in doing doubles with them.  TBH, this is not the ideal situation,  I was a little concerned about the traffic the 2 providers might generate, but since it was after the fact and a very large hotel, why worry.  BTW, the suite was immaculately clean and there was no hint that she was sharing the suite. Had the provider not told me, about the sharing arrangement,  I would have never known.

well I'm just unsure if depending on the hotel if the staff might notice the same guy (especially since I'm young, and I've been told I look even younger) coming in and out not even within a week. Again not sure if its the case but just something that crossed my mind.

But if a provider is picking a town that is so small that the hotel staff is gonna recognize you, then she's really not worth seeing from a risk point of view.

if you can't get past a lobby where the hotel staff saw you a week ago, your ability to do things incognito may be in question.

They know what goes on behind the closed doors (BCD as we refer to it in the hobby).  But in most of the cases they don't care much. The ladies are paying patrons, and unless there are some complaints from other patrons of loud noise, they will probably not take any action.

I am not trying to scare you, but the sooner you accept the reality, the better you are off.

Here are some tidbits of advice

Try not to appear nervous when you walk in the hotel.

Some people also use alternate entrances rather than entering through the lobby.

Try not to hang around in the lobby waiting for the girl to call you back. If she needs time to get ready, wait in your car till she calls you back.

Use text message rather than calling if the girl is OK with that for getting her room number. With text messages you can be around people and still communicate. You don't want nosy people around you to listen in on your conversation...

Hope it helps...

I  heard waiting in the car might also draw unwanted attention the  last three times it wasn't a problem and the other time was at the providers apartment. But this time I actually know the area both providers will most likely be at since I frequented it before I left for school, and its the only part of the area with a preponderance of hotels. So I can actually be in the surrounding area and not draw any attention given my familiarity with it.

Right, but the first two times were fine they had pretty big lots, and I strode in straight to the elevators was the wiser or at least I hope I never went back to those hotels again, the last time thankfully there was a shopping/restaurant center immediately adjacent to the hotel with its own parking lot so that's what I did I even grabbed something small to eat, while I waited. But this time I don't think I'll have that problem seeing as how I'm extremely familiar with the area in question. Where there are plenty of places to park near to but not in the hotel lots.

odds are good...many know each other and plan their tours with each other in mind...many have their favorite hotels and stay at the same place...they do their own separate bookings but the likelihood of threesomes with the two is increased if the timing is right..

But five out of the past seven dates this year at the same hotel, that has me a little worried for the providers sake. My repeated appearance might raise eyebrows that would put her in jeopardy.

It's gotten to the point where I may forego seeing a travelling fave for a while because of the hotel.  Which would suck, but I don't want to draw attention to her or any of the others.

Where I am, I have seen several providers in the same hotel.  There are several around the airport that seem to be faves of traveling ladies. The main thing when you enter is to act like you belong there.  Know where the elevators are, so you don't have to ask staff or wander around looking lost.  As has been said, hotel staff is not stupid, but if you follow the advice of previous posters as well as mine, you should not have any problems being recognized.  In a small town/hotel, maybe, but in a hotel that's busy, the staff is probably not going to give you a second look, if you appear to belong there.  They have a job to do, and scrutinizing everyone that walks thru the lobby is not generally one of their responsibilities, unless something suspicious catches their eye.
