Number three:  Advertise and participate in the various discussion boards on here and elsewhere.  It's great marketing and only cost you your time.

I have to agree with the participation idea but (as far as TER is concerned) especially on the local board for your region.  

What other advertizing is in your area?  You'll need to get some ads out there.  I am most familiar with Escorts.com  No need to pay...  clever ladies can get their contact info into the "interview".  (Do not confuse reviews on an ad site with TER reviews.)  

I'm sure there are others.  Once you get TER reviews here, you can link to them if you show the TER logo.

Have you checked the local rates?  Be sure you're not pricing yourself out of the market.  
To get started, you may have to offer   "specials" ...  that will bring in guys willing to risk a newbie to save a few bucks.  

Be an honest provider.  Do what you say consistant with your safty.  The reputation you earn will become vital in the future.
