Is asking or having the provider dress up a certain way considered foreplay, roleplay or a combination of both?

If it turns you on to see her dressed a certain way, it's foreplay. Otherwise, it's roleplay. But that's just my humble opinion.

There are some providers who enjoy roleplay, others who do not.  Its best to ascertain this before the appointment and not spring it on them.  Some ladies do charge extra and some require a specific wardrobe (sexy secretary, nurse, etc.)

Not everyone enjoys acting.  I would advise that you first have an introductory appointment with a lady and then discuss it with her to see if she is interested.

Also reading reviews helps.  However, since these types of appointments are the exception, you may wind up reading quite a few of a provider's reviews before you find one describing role play!
