I submitted a review and it was unapproved because the provider had been delisted from TER. I know that this question must have been asked before, but what must a provider do to get delisted?
If she retired, she could have requested to be delisted. If she violated some rule of the site, admin could have delisted her. In either case, it may be possible to be reinstated.
she can ask to be taken off the site due to retirement, stalkers or because she feels she's far better off without reviews.
