I know that some Providers have changed their names and other info to create a new (sometimes younger) persona. Sometimes, they have tried to completely delete an old profile (make note of the PROFILE TER ID NUMBER under her name) by claiming to retire and asking TER Admin to remove the old profile ... only to reappear later with a new, fresher profile.
But SOMETIMES a REVIEWER includes wrong info, misspellings, a new phone or second phone number even though she has more than one, etc. that results in TER creating a new, duplicate Profile with a new TER ID number. (Some recent examples: Laura = Luara duplicate; four different "Coco"s with totally mixed up reviews; etc.)
By all means, submit a Problem Report and alert TER to the mistake and try to include all known TER ID numbers. Include links to ads with identical pictures but changed names that will help TER Admin to merge the Profile data and reviews. The oldest Profile often gets a new multiple name "Mary / Susan / Amy" with all reviews combined into one list.
That's another reason why TER should change the Review Submission Form to include a field for TER ID number, if she has one. If you submit a review, I suggest including the TER ID in the General Info section ("This is a review of Name, TER ID ######.") to make sure the review goes to the right person's Profile.
What is our recourse if a known rip-off is changing her information? e.g. different spelling of her name, different phone, different email, different listing, etc
There is a provider (I won't give her information now, unless the mods need it) who I've noticed has done this, and would like to update their information so that anyone performing a search for her will find the previous crappy reviews/ripoff alerts.
(I hope this is a question suitable for the newbie forums, since I am a newbie.)
use the "Report A Problem" button. Be prepared to prove your case with links to current ads or other information.

I think in this case she is almost certainly a rip-off (based her reviews and my own experience) and her changing the information is a deliberate attempt to evade the rep that comes with being a rip-off.
Good advice regarding including the TER number. I would've done that except I didn't even find her the first time exactly because she changed her information, so I didn't think she even had a profile. I found it by accident, by looking at her ad site and realizing they were the same person.
I don't doubt that yours was a genuine rip-off but I wanted others reading the Newbie board to be aware that there are some accidental mistakes in TER and how they show up.
Submit your reviews and problem reports! You can help prevent someone else from having a similarly bad experience.
well-reviewed providers who have reviews from established reviewers. Did you do your homework and check this lady's reviews? If you had, you would not have had this poor experience. The cost of VIP is less than you spent on this encounter.
Then I use the box to summarize my research. I keep a bucket list in my secure private email which I update periodically. In one case, a lady I had reviewed was delisted. When I clicked on my old link it saidthe profile was unavailable... but her stage name & TER number stil showed. It often happens that new reviews do not get correctly linked to an existing profile... file problem reports... I do. skb
