I have my favorite providers bookmarked,  I visited "my favorites" section tonight and discovered that ALL INFORMATION about this provider has been deleted from the database.  It is as if she had never existed.  I know this lady has not gone out of business since she just sent me an email about an upcoming visit to Tampa.  All of this seems very mysterious to me.  Can anyone explain what happened?

The provider has been delisted.

When a provider is delisted, her TER profile is removed from the database.  This may occur at the provider's request (for a variety of reasons), or when a provider is banned for rules violations, fraud, posting false or self-reviews, etc.

Reelisted providers

I just wanted to emphasize that the delisting might not be punishment for doing something wrong.

For example one lady I have seen asked to be delisted because she was in a custody battle for her kid.
